Although both of todays walks started from a regularly used venue (The Stepping Stones in Westhumble near Dorking) the routes were new.
Everyone on the long and short routes set off together before diverging just after this photo was taken on the Mole Gap Trail by a bridge over the river Mole. The short walk was a figure of eight walk of just over 2 miles in the Mole Valey and the long walk was about 4.5 miles starting along the valley but returning over the top of the hill behind Norbury Park with good views.

11 people did the long walk and five did the short walk with a total of 18 having a good (if somewhat delayed) lunch at the pub.
