A group of 18 plus a dog enjoyed a walk starting from The Stepping Stones pub at Westhumble, Dorking on a warm and sunny day.

We all set off together joining the North Downs Way before 7 short walkers quickly peeled off across the vines to Denbies.

The other 11 (and dog) continued the gradual climb up the North Downs Way to reach the highest point of Denbies Estate with stunning views across the vineyard and overlooking the town of Dorking. We then descended through the vineyard, past the Denbies building and through a couple of snickets back into Westhumble and the pub.

Lunch and a welcome drink rounded off a very pleasant outing.
