Another true "Downland Walk" of 8.4 miles that started at the Jack & Jill Windmill carpark with one real hill negotiated early on, but with plenty of time allowed for it. Otherwise the walk was undulating with occasional narrow chalk paths. Some A23/A27 traffic noise at times. There were no stiles.

The walk encompassed: Pyecombe, Sweet Hill and the Chattri Indian Memorial.

Lunch was at The Plough.
